Refund Policy

Launch video orders

• Before work starts: cancel for a full refund. Work starts when we send you the script and storyboard.
• After work starts: each order includes revision rounds (1 for Launch video, 2 for Launch video Pro). We keep revising within those rounds until the video matches the agreed brief.
• If we cannot deliver within the stated time and you no longer want the video, we refund in full.

Digital products (prompt pack)

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Reply to your order confirmation email, or contact us through the email address listed on the site. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
